KEY PERSONNEL 

Keith Langley- Director

Keith began his career in the pest control industry at a very young age in January 1976, working alongside his father and brothers in the family business. When the original family business was sold in 1982, Keith chose to continue in the pest control field and founded Shore Pest Services in 1983. With over 40 years of experience, Keith holds numerous qualifications in various aspects of pest management.

In early 2019, the company officially changed its name to SPS Pest & Handyman Services Pty Ltd, reflecting its growth and expanded services.

Michelle Greenfield (nee Langley)- Business Manager

Michelle has been a key member of the family business for over 15 years. With a background in the property industry, including 7.5 years in Real Estate and Property Development, she brings a wealth of experience to the team. Michelle runs the office and is responsible for attracting new clientele.

To further enhance her ability to assist clients, she has completed the necessary courses to become a certified Pest Technician, enabling her to provide in-depth knowledge and answers to clients seeking more information.

Alexander Langley- Senior Pest Technician/ Production Manager

Alexander joined Shore Pest Services straight out of high school and has accumulated over 19 years of experience with the company. Throughout his time working alongside Keith, Alexander has gained extensive knowledge and expertise.

He holds qualifications in Pre-Construction work and is a fully licensed Pest Technician, skilled in all areas of Pest Management, making him a well-rounded and trusted professional in the field.

Adam Craig- Senior Pest Technician

Adam began working with Keith and the family business at the age of 18, during the company's early years. Over the years, he has gained a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience in pest management and termite eradication. His expertise is invaluable in providing effective solutions to clients, drawing from his long-standing involvement in the industry.

Adam's background in farming and agriculture gives him valuable expertise when handling client acreages and properties, especially when it comes to managing common pests. His knowledge of farming practices allows him to understand the unique challenges faced by these properties and offer effective pest control solutions tailored to the needs of the land.

Marcio Ramos- Pest Technician & Handyman

Marcio started back with our company in January 2023 and has been trained by Keith throughout in both General and Timber Pest Management. Marcio's background of 15 years within the building industry adds to his exeperience when it comes to client's residential and commercial properties and has allowed him to complete his necessary courses in Pest Management.

His background in building has also allowed Marcio to take on more of a hybrid role within our company and brings his knowledge and skills for providing a great service to our clients makes him a great asset to our company.
