Qualified Pest Control Technician:

Job Title: Pest Technician

Location: Northern Beaches  (NSW)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Approx. 40 hours per week with occasional Saturday work during peak seasons)

Role Overview:
As a Pest Technician, you will be responsible for delivering pest control solutions to our clients while upholding our company values of reliability, professionalism, and customer care. You will work as part of a supportive team and must be ready to take initiative, problem-solve, and provide excellent service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pest control services for residential and commercial properties.
  • Carry out inspections, identify pest problems, and recommend solutions to clients.
  • Ensure all pest treatments are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including any recommendations or follow-up actions.
  • Communicate clearly with clients about treatments and offer advice on pest prevention.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with all industry regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and approach to customer service.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing work requirements and seasonal demand.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in pest control services is essential for an immediate start.
  • Licenses: A General Pest Control licence and Timber Pest Licence are essential for this role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet set workloads with attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Professional presentation and high-level customer service skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own schedule.
  • Physical Ability: Physically fit to perform tasks that may involve working at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Drivers Licence: A valid NSW manual driver’s licence is essential.
  • Location: Ideally located in the Northern Beaches, North Shore, or Hills district.
